Confident Kids Performing Arts School is proud to deliver a range of classes and programs specifically designed for children of all ages and abilities in Cranbourne West. Our fees have been designed and structured so that additional costs are kept to a minimum and are only applicable for specified classes and optional extras.

Ready Set Dance Fees
Toddlers and Preschoolers
We have NO annual fee for toddlers and preschoolers. Fees are per class, paid by the term.
30 minute class = $16.20
45 minute class = $18.30
1 hour class = $20.50
If you require other arrangements (eg external funding), please let us know so we can support you.
Ready Set Dance Additional Costs
Please note: We do our very best to ensure all additional costs are kept to an absolute minimum while providing professional quality experiences.
We know dance, singing, acting, and music can be expensive, and we feel classes should be accessible for all, so we work hard to ensure this is possible. We offer all of the fun additional options, such as costume photos and concert videos, but these are optional to order and not compulsory. We also focus on providing top-quality costumes for hire to keep costs down and ensure parents don’t need to sew.
Toddler Classes
Ready Set Move with Me classes take part in Mid-Year Show, there is no performance fee for this show. At the end of the year, students take part in an in-class Presentation Day. This is free of charge.
Preschool Classes
Performance Fees for 2026 for those taking part in our End of Year Performance are:
Performance Fee = $35
Concert T-shirt = $25
Costumes Hire (2 per class) = $35 each
Total Due by July 1 = $130
For those doing more than one class, extra costumes are charged at $35 per costume hire (2 required per class attended).
General Fees
Please note: The below fees do not include Performance Team and Hip Hop Competition Crews.
All classes are billed by the term.
Group Dancing / Singing / Acro / Acting Classes

The length of group classes depends on the number of students enrolled.

4 or 5 students: 45 minutes
6 or 7 students: 1 hour

Public holidays and shorter and longer terms will be adjusted accordingly.
Discounts
Additional classes will be discounted. Please note, our discount DO NOT include, solos, duos, hip hop competition crews, performance teams, or music classes.
2 classes = 10% discount on both class fees
3 classes = 15% discount on all three class fees
4 classes = 20% discount on all four class fees
5 classes or more = 25% discount on all five class fees
Unlimited Group dance and acro classes for $75.00 per week

Filming Fee = $35 (this helps cover the extra time and cost spent filming, editing and converting scenes.)

Screen Team
Performance Fee = $30 (Mid Year Screening)

Filming Fee x 2 = $35 (Mid Year and End of Year) this helps cover the extra time and cost spent filming, editing and converting scenes.
Total Due by July 1 = $130
Music and Singing Students
Performance Fee = $30 (Mid Year Performance)
Performance Fee = $30 (End of Year Performance)
Total Due by July 1 = $60
Hip Hop Crews
Enrolment fee for the year (communicated after auditions) = $220 for 1 x Hip Hop Crew
Each additional crew = $150
This fee covers a costume to keep, entry fees to competitions, and staffing at events.
Performance Team
Enrolment fee for the year (communicated after auditions) = $150
This fee covers a costume to keep, entry fees to events, and staffing at events.
Optional Costs
- Optional excursions and social events throughout the year.
- Concert Video – these are offered for purchase to keep!
- Costume Photos – these are offered for purchase as a keepsake of each routine!
- Concert tickets for family and friends.

We are excited to be offer special packages to make classes for our most committed students more affordable. Please note, all classes within each package are required. Classes can’t be swapped out.

Suggested for students in Performance Team or dancers wanting to take their skills to the next level.

Payment Information and Policies
Confident Kids Performing Arts School offers 2 options for the method of payment.
Option 1: Autopay
Please note: Performance Fees are charged across Term 3 autopayments.
Each term is calculated and broken into three equal payments, paid on the first of the month.
- Term 1 Fees: January 14 (Payment 1), February 1 (Payment 2), March 1 (Payment 3)
- Term 2 Fees: April 1 (Payment 1), May 1 (Payment 2), June 1 (Payment 3)
- Term 3 Fees: July 1 (Payment 1), August 1 (Payment 2), September 1 (Payment 3)
- Term 4 Fees: October 1 (Payment 1), November 1 (Payment 2), December 1 (Payment 3)
The costs below are an example of a standard 10 week term. Please note that some terms are 9 weeks, others are 11 weeks; fees are adjusted accordingly. Public Holidays are credited throughout the year.
- ONE GROUP CLASS (30 minutes) = $54.00 per month
- ONE GROUP CLASS (45 minutes) = $67.10 per month
- ONE GROUP CLASS (1 hour) = $73.90 per month
Please note:Solo dance, music, and singing classes will be added to your fees for those booked in these classes.

Option 2: Term Payments
When paying by the term, class fees are due PRIOR to the start of the term through your portal or via bank transfer. A 10% late fee will be added from week 2 of term.
If choosing to pay by the term, performance fees are added to your account seperately at the end of Term 2. ALL Performance Fees are due by July 1.

Make Up Classes and Refunds
Group Classes
For our group classes, we have always accommodated unlimited make-ups for the missed class (within the term and subject to availability). However, as group classes are a team activity, we ask families to please choose a class time they feel they can commit to each week. Attending different classes each week distrupts your child’s development, both in relation to skills and friendships.
We also ask families to communicate absences to our office prior to class. This is a requirement to be able to book a make-up.
Notifying the office of absences allows space for other students waiting for make-ups and ensures we are all supporting each other.
Solo Classes
Choosing to take solo classes requires additional commitment. Teachers are paid for their time, whether or not students attend. We do not offer make-up classes for solo classes.
Refunds for solo classes are also not available.
We understand that for some, it may be difficult to commit each week. In this situation, we would encourage students to attend group classes that allow unlimited make-ups. We thank you for your understanding and support to ensure we can continue to offer solo opportunities.
Fee Policy
Enrolment is by the term. Refunds and credits are not offered for part participation in a term, unless enrolling partway through the term. Two weeks’ notice is required when cancelling direct debit payments for the start of a new term.
