Confident Kids Performing Arts School is proud to offer B Street Crew, an exciting Hip Hop and Breakdancing program created especially for boys. B Street Crew in Cranbourne West combines energetic dance styles, teamwork, and creativity in a fun and supportive environment where every student is encouraged to be themselves.
Classes teach a variety of Hip Hop and Breakdancing techniques, from foundational grooves and footwork through to exciting tricks, freezes, and performance routines. Boys build their skills while developing confidence, coordination, musicality, and friendships with other students who share their passion for movement.
We are proud to be a part of the Australia-wide B Street Crew community, founded by the late Tanya Carne. It is more than just a dance class. It is a place to belong.
B Street Crew gives boys an exciting outlet to stay active while developing coordination, strength, balance, rhythm, and body control. Through Hip Hop and Breakdancing, students improve their fitness, musicality, and movement skills in a high-energy environment that celebrates creativity and individuality. The structured classes encourage boys to challenge themselves, master new skills, and enjoy learning alongside friends who share similar interests.
At Confident Kids Performing Arts School, B Street Crew is about much more than dance. Our program helps boys develop confidence, resilience, teamwork, and respect while fostering a genuine sense of belonging. Students are encouraged to support one another, celebrate each other’s achievements, and build friendships that extend beyond the studio. Whether your son has danced before or is trying something completely new, B Street Crew provides a welcoming community where he can grow in confidence while having plenty of fun.
Not at all. B Street Crew welcomes complete beginners as well as boys with previous dance experience. Our teachers support every student to learn at their own pace while building confidence and having fun.
B Street Crew combines Hip Hop and Breakdancing, teaching students a range of age-appropriate moves, grooves, footwork, freezes, tricks, and performance routines in a safe and structured environment.
For your trial comfortable activewear and supportive sneakers are ideal for B Street Crew. Clothing should allow plenty of movement while students learn new skills and routines. Once enrolled, there are specific uniform requirements.
Yes. B Street Crew is a program specifically designed for boys. It provides a supportive environment where boys can build confidence, make friends, and enjoy dance alongside other boys with similar interests. Boys are of course also welcome to participate in any of our other dance classes on our timetable.
Yes. B Street Crew students perform in our annual concert.
