TODDLER AND PRE-SCHOOL CLASSES

We value knowing and supporting each individual child and family.
All Pre-School classes are taught by very experienced teachers who have a wealth of knowledge about how to best support our youngest dancers.
ALL students are welcome at our school, and should your child have additional needs, please let us know so we can support you to find the best class that will help them to shine!
Similarly, if your child has specific goals and you are looking for additional guidance, we would love to support you!
CLASSES ON OFFER
We are proud to be the official Premium Partner and location for the Ready Set Dance award-winning programs in Cranbourne West.
These programs are endorsed by early learning experts and focuses on developing the 3 C’s – Coordination, Creativity and Confidence!
While creating a strong foundation of skills, classes also encourage confidence, rhythm and coordination of movement.
Classes are age appropriate and include props, activities and fun music.
Each class also includes life skill fundamentals such as taking turns, sharing, respect and positive self talk.
Children are encouraged to make friends and express themselves in our safe classroom environment.
Ready Set Move with Me is a specially designed to foster connections between caregivers and children.
By exploring movement and music, children develop coordination and confidence, all while connecting with their special grown up.
Ready Set Dance is a bright, engaging and colourful class!
There are two class options:
a one-hour combo class that includes jazz, tap, hip hop, singing and music.
a 45 minute class that includes jazz, hip hop, singing and music.
This beautiful program covers the fundamentals of Classical Ballet, in a fun and engaging way. Through imagination and specifically designed music, this class supports students to explore ballet while developing strong technique.
Ready Set Acro and Little Monkeys is an exciting combo pre-school class where students work on strength, flexibility, introductory tricks, circus skills and aerial skills! Classes combine the expertise from the teams at AcrobaticArts, Ready Set Dance and Dance Cirque

GROUP DANCE/SINGING/ACRO/CIRCUS/ACTING CLASSES
30 minute classes = $15.25
45 minute classes = $17.25
One hour classes = $19.30
SOLO SINGING/DANCE/MUSIC PRICES
15 minute solo = $19.30
30 minute solo = $34.80
Group Music Classes (various lengths depending on class numbers) = $24.50
THERE ARE 2 OPTIONS FOR METHOD OF PAYMENT IN 2025
OPTION 1 - ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING
Please note: this is the most cost effective way to pay.
Payments will be broken into 12 months (on auto-pay) and will include:
All performance fees
Concert t-shirt (dance/acro)
Costume fees (dance/acro)
Filming fees (screen acting)
The below costs cover 40 weeks of classes.Public Holidays will be credited throughout the year.
ONE GROUP CLASS (30 minutes) = $60.40 per month
ONE GROUP CLASS (45 minutes) = $67.10 per month
ONE GROUP CLASS (1 hour) = $73.90 per month
Add an extra group class (10% discount off class fees):
30 minute class = $45.70 per month
45 minute class = $51.00 per month
1 hour class = $56.50 per month
Additional classes will be discounted at the following:
3 classes = 15% discount on class fees
4 classes = 20% discount on class fees
5 classes or more = 25% discount on class fees
Solo dance, music and singing classes will be added to the monthly fee for those booking these classes.
OPTION 2 - PAYING BY THE TERM WITH PERFORMANCE FEES DUE BY JULY 1
When paying by the term, class fees are due PRIOR to the start of the term via bank transfer.
If choosing to pay by the term, performance fees are due separately. Please find the below additional costs per class.
For those doing more than one class, extra costumes are charged at $35 per costume Hire (2 required per class attended).
ALL Performance Fees are due by July 1.
Performance Fees for 2025 are:
DANCE/ACROBATICS
Performance Fee = $35
Concert T-shirt = $25
Costumes Hire (2 per class) = $35 each
Total Due by May 30 = $130
For those doing more than one class, extra costumes are charged at $35 per costume Hire (2 required per class attended).
STAGE AND SCREEN
Performance Fee = $30 (Musical)
Performance Fee = $30 (Screening)
Costume Hire (1 per class) = $35
Filming Fee = $35 - this helps cover the extra time and cost spent filming, editing and converting
scenes.Total

SCREEN TEAM
Performance Fee = $30 (Mid Year Screening)

If you require other arrangements (eg external funding), please let us know so we can support you.
Public holidays and shorter and longer terms will be adjusted accordingly.Unlike past years, this excludes Extension Teams, Troupes and Performance Teams.Not included: Music Classes, Solo and Duo Classes (these are added separately).
MAKE UPS AND REFUNDS
GROUP CLASSES
For our group classes we have always accommodated unlimited make ups within the term of the missed class (subject to availability), however as group classes are a team activity, we ask families to please choose a class time they can commit to each week. Attending different classes each week will not support student's development, both in relation to skills and friendships. We also ask families to please communicate absences to our office prior to class. This will be a requirement to be able to book a make up.
Notifying the office of absences allows space for other students waiting for make ups and ensures we are all supporting each other.
SOLO CLASS
Choosing to take solo classes requires additional commitment. Teachers are paid for their time, whether or not students attend. We do not be offer make up classes for solo classes. Refunds for solo classes are also not available. We understand that for some it may be difficult to commit each week, we encourage these students to attend group classes with unlimited make ups. We thank you for you understanding and support to ensure we can continue to offer solo opportunities.
FEE POLICY
Enrolment is by the term. Refunds and credits are not offered for part participation in a term, unless enrolling part way through the term. Two weeks notice is required when cancelling direct debit payments for the start of a new term.
ADDITIONAL COSTS TO BE AWARE OF
Please note: We do our very best to ensure all additional costs are kept to an absolute minimum while providing professional quality experiences.
We know dance, singing and acting can be expensive, and we feel classes should be accessible for all, so work hard to ensure this is possible. We offer all of the fun additional options such as costume photos and concert videos, but these are optional to order and not compulsory.
We also focus on providing top quality costumes to hire to keep costs down and ensure parents don't need to sew.
UNIFORM AND CORRECT SHOES

ALL CLASSES - END OF YEAR CONCERT
Each year students are invited to take part in our end of year concert to celebrate all they have learnt throughout the year.
Tan Leotards (girls) and black singlets (boys) are compulsory for all students at concert, in line with our backstage child safety standards.
Tights for Concert - required for dance and stage and screen students students.
Concert tickets for family and friends.
OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE AWARE OF
Optional excursions and social events throughout the year.
Concert Video - these are offered for purchase to keep!
Costume Photos - these are offered for purchase as a keepsake of each routine!
